Barrie Trainers Kelley And Michael Are A Perfect Fit
Dr. Kelley Wright and Michael Peirone, two familiar faces in Barrie with identical values to ours, are now the newest members of the THMA Consulting team of expert clinical trainers.
Kelley and Michael are definitely an impressive couple. Medical professionals, competitive body builders, community leaders. And really likable, too!
We first met them in 2019 when they trained with us and upgraded the medical aesthetics component of their medical practice in Barrie. Kelley has been a Family Physician since 1999 and Michael is a certified Physician Assistant.

Always eager to continuing learning, the married professionals have taken most every Supplementary Course we have to offer, and have attended many of our Professional Develop Symposiums and Virtual Presentations.
Michael and Kelley will now team to provide Foundation Course 4: Hands-on Training and One-on-One Mentoring from their clinic in Barrie.
413 Medical Aesthetics will also serve as a THMA Consulting Bridging Clinic where member injectors can enhance skills and provide services to their own patients.

Another of our goals as a nationally accredited training company is to establish a close relationship with our program participants during and after training. That’s why we have branched out with training centres throughout Ontario and across Canada.
That gives trainees close-to-home access to mentoring and ongoing education. It’s also easier for them to start a practice in their hometown knowing that a THMA Consulting expert is there to assist and guide them

Without question, Kelley and Michael’s reputation and addition to the team is great news for nurses and physicians from the Barrie area who want high-quality training in medical aesthetics. THMA Consulting has previously trained several nurses from the Barrie area at our national training centre in Markham.
“I love doing that instruction of clinical skills,” said Michael, who taught at McMaster University after completing his physician assistant program. “Kelley and I talked about doing this while we were doing THMA training, if training would be something they could do together. We determined that, yes, it would be a goal.”
“Our decision to enter into discussions about a partnership with THMA bore out of concerns and observations about the standards of practice in our area,” Kelley added.
“Securing a partnership in a small way with THMA is excellent because we admire their training so much. We are grateful to be able now to offer that same high quality of training in the Barrie area.”
