In lieu of a full Professional Development Symposium on March 29, THMA Consulting is pleased to be hosting an Online Learning Session on that day, and is inviting our client members to attend free of charge.

Ongoing Education Continues With Online Learning Session

The COVID-19 has forced postponement of our Professional Development Symposium on March 29. Rightly so. We support all efforts to combat this nasty virus and strongly urge everyone to self-isolate and maintain strict health hygiene.

That said, we will not shut you out completely when it comes to ongoing medical aesthetics education during this difficult time.

Here is an invitation for our member clients to attend a THMA Consulting Online Learning Session on Sunday March 29 at 1PM to discuss a CNO update on aesthetic injections that instructs practitioners to Reflect Before You Inject.

Join us as we Read Between the Lines of this CNO directive and thoroughly examine the following five things we must do “to keep our patients safe and prevent avoidable harm.”

  1. Reflect on your practice
  2. Obtain the proper authorization
  3. Assess your patient
  4. Assess the environment
  5. Follow best practices for infection prevention and control

Tracey Hotta will host the Online Learning Session. There will be opportunities for questions and discussions throughout the presentations.

THMA Consulting clients will access the presentation and discussions through Zoom. If you’re not familiar with Zoom, click here for information on how to download the free Zoom app and accept an invitation to join a meeting. We will be sending out the actual invitations out later this week.

Members and guests who had signed up for the March 29 Professional Development Symposium will also receive credit for a complimentary admission to any future symposium. The next one is scheduled for May 31. If that event takes place it will mean that the COVID-19 threat has passed and we are all safe to congregate again.
