We are absolutely thrilled that THMA Consulting’s team of medical aesthetics educators is expanding. And even happier about how this incoming expertise will greatly benefit our program participants. Welcome aboard, Jacklyn and Michele.

Jacklyn Sudetic and Michele Cluff  are joining us as trainers in our Hands-on Mentoring course in Thornhill.

The highly skilled and experienced nurses will strengthen our continuing commitment to medical aesthetic excellence, ethical practices and patient safety. Jacklyn  very knowledgeable, have a ton of experience and are skilled and patient educators.

Jacklyn Sudetic RN

On top of that, they are both wonderful people and a joy to work with.

Jacklyn is a Registered Nurse and Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist with 10 years experience as a cosmetics nurse injector. She is currently the operating room manager at the Nasal and Facial Surgery Centre in Thornhill, Ont.

Working for a facial plastic surgeon gives her a wealth of knowledge in regards to both surgical and non-surgical procedures. She’ll be able to put all cosmetics options in context and will coach participants on how to present the benefits of a wide array of injection procedures.

“Blending the art of beauty with the science of facial aesthetics is my professional passion. I’m looking forward to sharing my in-depth understanding of facial anatomy and unique experience with surgical and non-surgical facial cosmetic procedures to train and mentor others in safe and effective injectable treatments.  I’m so grateful to THMA Consulting for this opportunity to share my experience in medical aesthetics with our community of nurses and physicians.” – Jacklyn Sudetic RN

Like Jacklyn, Michele is also highly qualified and experienced on using both the needle and cannula in medical aesthetics.

This procedural insight is invaluable for new practitioners who will want to learn or have knowledge on what disciplines works best on different areas of the face.

Michele Cluff at TH Medical Aesthetics

Michele has been a Registered Nurse for 35 years and is one of the first nurses in Canada to hold the designation of Certified Plastic Surgical Nurse. She has been in the aesthetic industry since 2003 in dermatology and for the past five years has been a valued injector and consultant at TH Medical Aesthetics.

It’s admirable that Jacklyn and Michele are expanding their own practice skills by joining the THMA Consulting team.

Their  passion for medical aesthetics, as well as their practical and organizational skills, makes them perfect fits for our program and well qualified to work closely with clients in our Hands-on Mentoring course.
