Another highlight of Learners and Legacies in Toronto on May 9 and 10 will be the fabulous dinners and panel discussions that will be complimentary for all participants. We thank our friends at Galderma and Prollenium for their generous support. The excellent meals prepared and served at the Toronto Airport Marriott Hotel will be accompanied by two informative panel discussions.

Industry dinners

Friday Dinner (generously sponsored by Galderma) - The Keynote Panel will feature interactive discussions with moderator Mary Beth Hagen on The History of Aesthetic Injectors.

Aspiring aesthetic injectors today have a plethora of resources and peers to acquire knowledge and develop skills. But what was it like when nurses were first introduced to aesthetic injections? No training courses, no social media, no aesthetic meetings. They relied on networking, personal experience and publications to self-teach. Learn about this journey from the pioneer injectors who helped create the specialty of non-surgical aesthetic medicine. It will be fascinating to hear their stories and how past lessons can shape our future.

Saturday Dinner (generously sponsored by Prollenium) - The Keynote Panel will showcase Adverse Events and Case Studies with presentations and interactive discussions with an experienced group of aesthetic medicine professionals.

Timely topics include arterial occlusion, venous occlusion, delayed inflammatory reaction, misplaced tear trough HA filler, and fungal infection post-technology treatment. The panel will answer questions following their insightful presentations.
