Supplementary Course Workshop in Sclerotherapy Treatment

This in-person Supplementary Course will workshop the evidence and practice of treatments utilizing Sclerotherapy Treatment for varicose veins. The didactic education will be accompanied by mentoring and product delivery technique instruction to follow the highest standards required by the provincial college.
Note: participants must supply their own models/patients.
The Sclerotherapy Workshop is effectively structured to maximize learning. The Sclerotherapy Workshop combines evidence-based education with hands-on skill development to give participants the confidence to administer Sclerotherapy for unsightly varicose veins and spider veins.
Sclerotherapy is a medical aesthetics procedure used to effectively treat varicose veins and spider veins. Sclerotherapy involves injecting a solution directly into the vein. The solution causes the vein to scar and reroute blood through healthier veins. The collapsed vein is reabsorbed into local tissue and eventually fades.
Course cost is $750 (including products). In-person workshop training in Ottawa is on the 4th Tuesday of every month.
